User GUI won't open

1. Open xterm (User PC)

Right click on the background of the terminal.
Choose "xterm".
2. Quit all processes (User PC)

3. Check zombie process (User PC)
Execute "ps ax | grep foo" at BL29XUL or "ps ax | grep zoo" at BL19LXU.
If there are zombie processes such as pmc1, pmc2, pmc3, counter, and gui_scan, execute "kill -9 PID" (PID is the number given in the first column.).
4. Quit GUI (BL-WS)

5. Wait 10 min

Wait 10 min for release of TCP port via which the programs communicate.

6. Start GUI (BL-WS)

7. Start user GUI (User PC)
